Why are some tools free?
Some tools cost very little for us to run, so we can offer them for free. They help your club get everyday jobs done without adding another bill.
Why would a tool cost money?
Some tools have extra running costs. For example, sending text messages or processing lots of information costs money each time. Charging for those tools helps cover their costs and lets us keep improving them.
Do we have to buy a package?
No. You choose the tools your club needs. Using one paid tool won’t mean paying for every other tool.
Would we pay monthly or each time we use it?
It will depend on the tool. Some may have a monthly or yearly price; others may charge for an amount of use, such as a bundle of text messages. The price, what’s included, and any limits will be explained before you choose.
Will we be charged just for trying the free tools?
No. Free tools are free to use. When paid tools become available, your club will need to agree to the price before any paid service starts.
What if we need a tool built just for us?
Tell us what you need. We’ll agree on the work and price with you first, including any ongoing costs. You can keep using the free tools alongside your custom solution.
